 Although I am not perfect ref picking at the moment I think it is fair to say that reading these threads and feeling the support of all these people and learning that I am not alone, that others have suffered in this degrading way... it helps me now more than everything I have ever tried in the past twenty years. Thank you. Thank you. Thank you. God be praised (however you see it). please pray for me if you believe because no-one has ever known about this before to know to pray for me. Who better than you? I will pray for you also.

Heavenly Father, we come to You through our Lord Jesus Christ, and we thank You for ALL THINGS in our life, and in the life of these precious children of yours. Lord touch our eyes help us see, give us ears to hear. We loose every old, wrong, ungodly pattern of thinking, attitude, idea, desire, belief, motivation, habit and behaviour from our lives INCLUDING PICKING!~,We bind our mind and heart to the mind of our Lord Jesus Christ, so that His very thoughts, feelings and purposes of His heart will be within our thoughts, feelings and purposes also. We bind our feet to the path of righteousness, so that our step will be steady and sure.We bind the body, soul, mind, emotions, will and spirit of ourselves with Your Will and Purposes in our lives. We loose the power and effects of deceptions and lies from our lives. We bind the mind, will and emotions of ourselves to Your Will. we bind ourselves to the Truth, and to the covering of our “house”, their “temple” with the Blood of our Lord Jesus Christ. We loose all generational bondages and associated strongholds and soul ties from us and our family. We loose the power and effects of any harsh or hard words or curses spoken by us or against us. We call forth every precious Word of Scripture that has ever entered into our mind and heart that it would rise up in power within us, in Jesus’ Name.amen and amen Teach our hearts to be still Lord, and rest in You alone Lord You are our prince of Peace, We tear down, crush, smash and destroy every stronghold in our lives. The Holy Spirit covers us and thankyou for the bloodline protection,We thank You, Heavenly Father, we thank You, our Lord Jesus Christ, for the Truth, for our healing in our struggles and our broken-heart, for setting us free and delivering us from evil.
