I actually left this group once already about 7 months or so ago. I left thinking I could get rid of this disorder on my own. The picking issues got better for me, and I had 75% cleared up.
Then a situation occurred to get me upset, and I started picking again , and this time more vigorously (making up for lost time , I guess)

So here I am again. Back to the F # SP Group.

I'm so mad at myself because I had so many of the picks healed ,and the scars were just going away. Then in 2 days, I was back to square one. Is there any hope for us?

I feel your frusterations. Same here...which is why I was AWOL for so long... I guess everyone at some point, relapses...it sucks because you finally felt like you were getting somewhere too....and then one lil pick..JUST ONE...can lead to so many more *sigh*
