I've been on and have NOT been helped by:
-prozac
-luvox
-zoloft
I am currently taking Lexapro with an ADD medicine called Focalin. The lexapro made me have a huge appetite and the focalin is supposed to counteract that and also help with the "sitting in front of the TV" type picking. When I started taking teh focalin with the lexapro I noticed that my urge to pick went away significantly. But after being on it only a few days the urge came back again, and even with a higher dosage, has not diminished like it did those few days. I am not at the full level of lexapro for OCD yet so i'm not sure whether to say it's been a success or failure. In the meantime, cognitive therapy has been helping me to improve some but I still battle with this daily and it makes me very depressed.
