I picked a pimple or cyst and squeezed it lastnight. I woke up and my chin, left cheek, and left side ofmy bottom lip is extremely enflamed, red, and painful. The pimple was right under my bottom lip on the left side. Im so scared i wanna go to the emergency room. What can I do to help the pain and sweeling go away?

Ice may help, if you have any anti-biotic ointment it may help, but it sounds like you may have an infection that has spread and you probably should seek medical treatment. It may even be an allergic reaction or something that isn't related to the picking. I've had my chin swell up before, but never as badly as you've described.
