I was doing so well too..... (we all know how this goes!)
My face was looking good and my nails too (i bite them sometimes). Today I was feeling real anxious, I'm done with spring break and have school tomorrow. I started biting and picking at every little thing. Damn. Although it was pretty cool to see this tiny hole in my nose where a blackhead once was.
I tried to calm myself down by taking a shower and then painted my nails. I do feel better, but I know I did it because I'm stressed and tired. Hopefully I'll feel better tomorrow. Sigh.
