I literally am going through a box of band aids like every two weeks. I am trying not to pick and use them to prevent my picking, but it isn't working.

I use bandaids..but I keep telling myself that this is the last time I am going to be buying them because I am trying to quit picking and when I quit I won't need them!

I use Band-Aids ALL THE TIME and they do help me from picking certain areas. I love the Advanced Healing Band-Aids...more expensive but they stay on for days and really help that area heal much faster!

I did till I developed an allergy to them from using them too often. I ended up picking at the bandaid anyway... I just put on a bit of Ungvita (vitamin A cream) every now and then and it helps heal them a lot and soften them. Put Ungvita or a similar cream under the bandaid, then they'll heal a lot quicker, especially without dirty hands being able to touch
