my picking used to be consisting of my face and arms, but my face is now clear because I have been trying to hide my addiction so Ive been focusing more on hidden areas...anyway one of the home remedies i found quite affective was witch hazel a friend of mine told me this and it worked. Use a nice warm washcloth to open all the pours on your face...then after your pours are open use a cotton ball with witchhazel it will sting, but it helps to clear up the facial acne...
