I read somewhere on another board that rosehip oil helps speed up the healing process of wounds and scars. Anyone ever try this before? Does it work? Where would you get this stuff?

Yes it does...but rosehip oil is notorious for causing pimples. It's just too rich.

Hi everyone, Just found this site today. I have the same issues although not as bad as some of you. Just wanted to comment on the rosehip. It is great for scars and healing, cannot say enough about this little miracle in a bottle. Cheap also but always buy the better quality one that is a little dearer but only by a few $, it is thicker and a more richer yellow in colour. Read the label and get 100%organic etc. Sorry to have to disagree with shrinkingviolet but this is not notorious for causing pimples. Please do not discount this miracle so easily, it is definately worth a try. I love it and have seen great results along with using a 15%glycolic acid on arm scarring. Go here to the vogue forum and search rosehip oil or koseam (a brand name), you will find countless people using this product and loving it. www.vogue.com.au/forums/forumdisplay.php?f=25
