This has been great, I am 26 and a single parent I started pickin about 18mnth ago, my face, arms, legs whole body! It got so bad my parents took me t the doctor who said it was a type of self harm! At the time my brother had died so that's what I put it down to, now I know its not just me that does this I feel I can start taking control. I am trying the honey for the 1st time now as I write this! Hope it works! Thank you so much for the advice.
