My hands are a mess,....I pick even when I'm driving a car! I won't get phony nails as I have very strong nails (when I don't bite them and pick at my cuticles and fingers) and the few times I left my hands alone they were gorgeous,..........HELP!!!! I hide my hands all the time! Anyone else out there?
