Hi shihui, I believe a lap is 400 meters if it is based on the measurement of an actual track. One lap is one fourth of a mile, so it takes 4 laps to equal a mile or 1600 meters. If you did 4.1 laps @400 meters each then you did 1640 meters or 1.6 km. Congratulations on your exercising. Is it helping with picking? I wish I had known more about CSP at your age and realized how many of us there are. I find it really helps me to know others understand and identify with my struggle. Thanks for posting on this board. I draw strength from each and every person here.

thank you, mch, for clearing up my doubt well, exercising doesnt really help me reduce the time i spend picking actually i think that's because i experience different moods in a day. so if i exercise at that point of time, i probably wont have the urge to pick for that period of time. however after that, my mood changes and i'll start picking again. anyway ive been pretty lazy to exercise these few days. everytime i think about my face, i lose all the interests to do anything. sigh.. i do hope that you guys are able to overcome this disorder with the help of exercise.
