Right now my mirrors are very colorful. On one mirror I have written in lipstick. .. "Don't go there, don't use the hammer to fix the T>V>" I also have pictures from my childhood, and times I was happy, letters from friends and lovers, pictures of supportive friends along with many images of self love and romance and beauty. I'm going to go for four days without picking on my skin, and when those 4 days are up I think I'll give myself permission to clean the mirrors.
