O.K, I put paper on my mirrors, this is tottally against my character, but I need this drastic action. I went out, and before I left I took the paper down to see what I look like, and when I left I knew the paper stayed down, but when I got home I went right to the mirror and started picking. I've now canceled hanging out with my buddy when he needs me, I've canceled a date, and aa meetings I was supposed to go too. I don't know what to do.

Got any lipstick? Write all over your mirror something inspiring! Sure you could pick using the clear spots on your mirror, but your gonna have this HUGE statement on your mirror speaking directly to you and maybe it'll make you think before you do it? Plus it'll stay up there until you Windex it off  |

I think I'll try that. I'm trying to think of something that will really get my attention, maybe "don't go there." Any other suggestions?

Write about how much you deserve not to pick. Write about how beautiful and intelligent you are.Maybe put up a picture of you when you were extremly happy, I have a baby picture of myself I keep around. Put up a picture of a loved one or a crush, someone you would not want seeing you pick.

Motivational quotes are the BEST, whether on your mirror or in a notebook. |
