I've never heard of free mental health clinics, but there are a ton of other healthcare clinics that are free, so why not  Did you make it to the one in your area Secret? If you did, what was it like? |

I'm glad you're looking for help! I don't know where you live, but if you live in Canada, just check the blue pages in your phone book under mental health. Your doctor may know about a free clinic. Maybe try an advocacy center...

Thanks for being so open and honest and sharing. It's been really helpful for me to read everyones notes. It's 2am and I've been surfing around looking at stuff on CSP for about 2hrs. - - the first 2hrs. I've ever devoted to trying to figure out what my problem is. Now I know. I pick, compulsively. I knew before but I think reading about other peoples experience with picking makes it really crystal clear. Thanks for being open and honest. One day when I'm in a better place I'll repay the favor.
