I was just wondering about our activity levels and if excercising could help reduce our anxiety/picking. Please take this pole and be as honest as possible. I'll let you know how it turns out!

I skate 4-5 mornings (7-8 am!) a week, but I don't really consider it working out -- for me, it's just fun. Too enjoyable to even explain. But, just a few days ago I pulled out an exercise video of mine that I hadn't done in a few months, and I was quite shocked at how relaxed I felt when I was through. It was just a stretching video, Pure and Simple Stretch with Karen Voight, so not too strenuous for those of you who don't really like to exercise. It's also just a half-hour long. Yoga, or a stretch video, or Pilates might be something to try for those of you who loathe running or aerobics or going to the gym. Another benefit, of course, is that with the proper videos, you don't have to go out in public (which I know can be an issue for some of us). www.videofitness.com is a great resource for finding what sort of exercise videos would be right for you.
