This weekend was horrible. I thought I would be good cause I was busy, but in reality, I was dreadful cause the busy-ness was stressing me out. SO, I am not sure if this is allowed, I am starting over. I have a few bad spots that I have not left alone this weekend (2 on my back, one on the back of my neck, and a few small face), and I am getting really upset with myself. So, here we go, day number 1, again! -cuse I AM SO PROUD of the rest of you! I continue to wish you luck on your double digit days!

please dont be so hard on yourself, it's not the number that counts, it's the result on your skin. And it cannot be so bad like someone else's who is just starting
Sure whatever works for you but dont beat yourself up over it. I'm happy you didnt lose control, we all know how easy we cab get carried away and how one spot here can lead to an extended mess all over body
i dont know how far you had made it but i'm sure you'll make it there again and much longer
HUGS Butterfly
(and remember, only little damage was done, OK?)

CuseFan! Don't worry! I've had a few very minor slip ups, and I'm still going with the same ZT. If you're just not feeling this ZT, however, go ahead and start anew. There are no hard and set rules. Just do whatever feels right, and whatever you do, DON'T GIVE UP. I have to disagree slightly with Butterfly. True, it's not the number that's really important. But it's not the condition of your skin either. What's important is whether you made progress to breaking free of picking. And YES, by spending all that time not picking you have made a tremendous amount of progress. Each second you spent not picking you reenforced a healthy habit! Picking perpetuates picking. Not picking perpetuates not picking. You already have a head start on your current ZT because of how well your first ZT has prepared you! Good luck! Love, Heather
