Day 10

We're in double digits!

I have a free minute, so I thought I'd start this thread for today. I hope that all of you are doing relatively well, and feeling good about your progress. Essentially, we're 1/3 of the way through! Here's to many more successful ZT days...at least 20!

I'm perfect so far today, and very pleased with myself because of that. I haven't done any homework yet, however (we get tomorrow and Tuesday off of school!), and that's when I'm at my worst. It's essentially impossible for me to concentrate on my reading and concentrate on keeping my hands off of my face, too. So...we'll see.

I know what you mean about studying and touching your face and skin all over in general...ok, will spare you details of a description so that i dont trigger anything now !

Listen up, if you can invite someone over and study with them, that will help you keep your hands off your face. As well as studying in a public place, say a library or at the park.

You can always try and study on your own and see how it's going. I'm sure you'll do fine, just stay focused on what you read! And maybe have a shower first? I find it more difficult to pick on clean skin
