Help out a poor college student!

Hi guys,

I have come up with a preliminary survey I would like to use to get some information for my study. This is not the actual study, it is just a way to gather information.

If you are interested in participating, you can do one of two things:

1. e-mail me at [e-mail] (put "CSP" in the subject heading) and I will e-mail you a copy of the survey. I can either attach the Word document itself (if you have Microsoft Word) or copy and paste it into the e-mail, whatever works for you.

2. post your e-mail address in this thread and I will send you a copy of the survey.

It is a fairly exhaustive survey, and it asks some personal questions about your picking behavior. But if you feel comfortable filling it out, please do and I will be SO appreciative--it will help me and hopefully, eventually, everyone else to learn so much more about compulsive skin picking.

I just want to say in advance that i really, truly appreciate all your help, participation, and suggestions! You guys are so supportive and such a huge help!

The survey has been very informative so far! I have had some people ask about the results to the survey...I will definitely post the results when I have gotten more responses, hopefully in a week or two.

So far I have had about ten or so responses to the survey. Thank you, thank you!!
