Heather inspired me with her ZT group...So I figured Im going to make myself stop picking so...I need to stop everything...so I did something I should have done long ago...I took my razorblade...and threw it in the trash...here's to better days. ;D

Awesome! This is truly contagious. I told my boyfriend (the only one who knows I pick) that I vowed to stop and few hours later he's like "ya know, I'm gonna quit smoking." Hopefully the energy being stirred up here will continue to reach people. Congrats! -touchingpeace  |
