Hi everyone. Im sorry Ive been missing in action but Im going through a tortuous break up and am crying alllllll the time. Im still not picking though so something in my brain must be working. Im having a real tough time if anyone has any words of encouragement. PLus today being sept 11 I feel even more alone...thanks. hope everyone has a good day.

You poor thing! I am so sorry to hear that you're having a rough time, but so totally thrilled that you've abstained from picking during the entire ordeal. How on earth are you doing it? I am so incredibly jealous!

My words of encouragement? Take each day as it comes, and find/do something every day that makes you happy -- a good cup of coffee or your favorite TV show or a good jog. Even if it only lasts 5 minutes...

thanks. Im worried because I havent been this sad in years. I work with him too so i have to see him then know that hes with someone else at night. He wanted to marry me but I cant because there is an age difference and just too many differences. But I love him, fell very hard and wish I could be with him. its a tragic story b/c I think the reason why I stopped picking was because he made so happy and now hes gone and the fantasy is gone and reality has set in. I cant eat, sleep and I cant catch my breath...
