hives

Hello,

I'm new to the board but not new to the problem. For the last 8 months I have had serious problems with chronic hives, and I think its related to the picking. Everytime I so much as touch my face or chest, the zit turns into a big hives and it spreads all over my body. This problem is enough to make me want to seriously stop picking. Has anyone has auto-immune issue live chronic hives related to picking?

Hi Everett,
Welcome to the board! I don't know if this will help, but have you tried washing your hands with antibacterial soap a few times per day? May be its something on them--Do you have pets? Maybe its an allergy.
