I just remembered something that helped me a lot a few years ago.
It's a makeup by DDF that contains a lot of sulphur. It's a little too chalky to wear out of the house, but putting it on when I was home, and even sleeping in it helped because it covered everything when I ooked in teh mirror, and had an unpleasntly rough, chalky texture which I didn't like to touch, voila, I didn't touch.
