To this day im a victim of lip biting😕 . or is it thay my lip is the victim😨. Either way i dont like it because doing it for so many years it changed the color of my chocolate-covered lips in that one spot and it's irritating I want my color back in that spot and I don't want that little scab to ever come back I'm ready to start now for sure this time I just don't know how someone help please.🙏

Any tips on how to keep from bothering the scab as it heals? I have been through the cycle about 5 times now, where the scab grows, something nicks it, it begins to break apart, and eventually it either falls off, or it is hanging on by a thread and I have to pull it off.
