prob crazy idea

hi, unfortunately what i have been trying hasn't started working yet.

i have 3 huge wounds, one forehead, one cheek, one arm. its so f* dangerous, this illness. i deffinetly need help, meds, cont therapy the whole nine.

what about switching phone numbers for quick one minute emergency calls right before changing makeup, trigger times....

well this might end up being expensive or intrusive . it would be best if not long distance.

well what do u think?
or anyone want to exchange email? to email before trigger times?
