a reward system

I have a reward system that I use, if I can go a period without picking my skin. It's simple. I go to the tanning bed when my skin heals. I feel all tan and sexy. It sometimes keeps me from starting back up again because I want to keep my tan and look good. It also helps cover up the marks from the picking.

i tried the reward system a few weeks ago... if i didn't pick at all through the rest of july and all of august, i could buy myself some sassy black boots (i love shoes). but i only made it one day.

i really wish the reward system worked for me. it's fun to give yourself gifts!
