I tend to look for 1 simple thing that will solve this problem. One concept that will free me. There never will be a magic wand that I can find to make anything disapear right way. I've broken down quitting into three parts
-deal with the momentary anxiety: learn to confront emotions, anxiety that I am running from, in the moment. Explore and allow bad feeligs. Learn to face the music
-confront the general anxiety by exercizing, medicine, therapy
-prevent future anxiety by planning ahead and knowing myself
