When I really put my mind to it,I get alot of success by wearing a rubber band on my wrist.Every time I even TOUCH a spot,I snap it hard.If only I could be consistent!

I've been thinking about trying this. I did it once to try to quit eating these stupid snacks they have at my work. I was constantly eating them out of extreme boredom. Every time I reached for one I would snap the band and it only took a couple of days before I didn't reach for them. I'm thinking, YEAH, if I snapped it every time I reached to pick it would be a great way to break that trancy feeling. I'm gonna go look for a rubber band right now!
