Hello everyone,
I want you to know that I managed to stop picking my face by subliminal messages on the computer. I use the two programs Subliminal Blaster and Subliminal Flash at the same time. Make sure the contrast with the background is right. What I did is bring myself under hypnosis with a self-hypnosis mp3 and then I just stare at the messages flashing on the screen without any thoughts. I used the affirmation: I do NOT touch my face. The word 'not' is in captions because the mind has a tendency of ignoring this word. I also used a lot of other affirmations like 'Jesus takes good care of me' and 'Jesus performs miracles in my life'. I have discovered that God has great power available for anyone who believes. And it seems that you can build this faith with use of a computer application.
