Hey Christine, Thanks for you concern and support, and for sharing your story with me. It's nice knowing people like you care . I know what you mean, that even if people notice something is wrong, they do not know what to do. Anyway, I still seem to be doing well, but I will definitely keep you posted. It is inspiration in itself that other people want to know how I am progressing. Thanks so much!

Ari- Don't give up on yourself!!! You have done so well- you are only human- therefore guaranteed to make a mistake every now and then... I know you are mad, frustrated and don't feel too hopeful- we have all been there too many times. PICKING SUCKS. Please be proud of your success and remember you can do that again too. I read somewhere that the more times you try to quit smoking the more likely you are to be successful at quitting- I think picking probably works the same way- it takes so many practice runs and is so hard it feels impossible. Please forgive yourself for slipping and let it go- make it a speed bump instead of a roadblock! Hopefully I haven't annoyed you by my overly positive possibly slightly unrealistic advice- or my cheesy analogys... I just want you to feel better quick and be happy! Your progress has been encouraging- thanks for that. I'll say prayers for you.

thanks reformedpicker..no, you are not cheesy or anything like that. Your optimism is very helpful, especially when no one at my house understands what I am going through. I am still doing badly, but I am off to try again. Like you said, this period is a speed bump, but I can ride over it. Thanks for your kindness ...it is what I need.

no tolerance for ZT as of now...gosh i cannot help it i really cant. i try so hard but i can't resist that urge when i see something "wrong" and even though i know "fixing" it will make it worse, it doesn't stop me. i need to stop though......
