I JUST WANTED TO TELL YOU THAT THE SCARS THAT I HAVE MADE ON MY BODY AND FACE...THAT I HAVE LEFT ALONE, HAVE DRASTICALLY IMPROVED. OVER A YEAR OR TWO. EVEN TANNING SEEMS SOMEWHAT POSSIBLE. THE ONES THAT LOST PIGMENT...SEEM TO CATCH SO ME PIGMENT NOW..I DO NOT TAN, BUT I'M A BRUNETTE, SO EVERY DAY THAT I GO OUT, AND SO METIMES I FORGOT TO PUT SUN TAN LOTION,,SO WITH TIME, SOME OF THE OLDER SCARS DID TAN AND BLEN IN !!!! ;D ;D ;D SO IN A YEAR OR TWO MORE..MAYBE ALL OF THEM WILL BLEND. I HAVE MANY MANY BODY SCARS...THAT I DID LIKE 3 YRS AGO..BUT THANKFULLY HAVE NOT TOUCHED AGAIN....THEY ARE FADING NICELY.... AND DON'T FORGT....IT DEPENDS HOW CLOSELY YOU LOOK AND OBSESS OVER THEM.... GOOD LUCK TO ME AND ALL U ;D ;D ;D ;D

Glad to hear your words of encouragement.
i was wondering if the scars you are talking about were indented scars of just superficial pigmented scars? I have indented scars that look a look a little from outer space landed on my face and left a saucer-shaped crater.

on my body--they are raised..some of them... othrs are somewhat flat--but weird shape i have some indented..but some did fade.. my biggst prob now is white pigmentation of scars..lighter than regular skin....BUT THAT SEEMS TO BE IMPROVING ALSO..WELL I SEE THAT IN THE OLD SCARS..I CAN ONLY HOPE SAME FOR THE NEW ONES.
i am also considering looking into phototherapy,,psoralen treatment..for pigmentation loss..on the scars..anyone tried that? or know any info about it?
good luck all.
i'm using the bdd.com website dr. claiborn smart recovery ( a website with great info..i have no drug prob..this site is for drug recovery..but great info..even for us)
i compiled info..in a small book..and carry it with me almost everywhere...
