Still looking for support

I posted a message looking for support in the detroit area. Don't have any replies yet. I am from Grosse Pointe, MI and have been looking for women to start a group to help create better healthier habits. I have picked for over ten years and have recently quit. This is hard in the beginning and everything I have read about breaking habits states that you need support from others. The nearest support group I could find was five hours away (Petosky). We need one in the Metro detroit Area.
