Hi everyone, I haven't posted for a while, got a lot going on.
Well...I have been picking like a crazy person, needless to say, my face, neck and shoudlers are a mess. I have recently found some new "bumps" to pick on my neck and now I have to cover my face and neck down to my collar bone...it's gross.
I have also been gorging myself on flour and sugar so I feel fat too.
I have a wedding to go to in a month. I have stopped picking for almost a month before, using moratorium's chart- so I will print another copy and hope for the best.
I will make posting her a priority, it helps me be aware too.
