Not Good

Im battling with face picking again. For some reason my forehead started breaking out with whiteheads like crazy. Can't help picking. I just have to keep in mind how bad my face will look if i keep the picking up. SOme times just that tought helps. My scalp on the other hand is still no better. The most days i can go are only 1 day. Damn, Just feeling the scab makes me want to pick it. I want everything to feel smooth on my body so pick was isn't smooth.
