Ok...on monday i got a pulse dye laser treatment on some red scars from repeated picking sessions....
i had repeated injections in a few of them to flatten them out (the scars had gotten raised somewhat, and remained red)
i will report back on the results...right now the are LARGE ugle dark purple from the laser.
lets hope i did not make it worse!
also i'm trying to tie up in my mind alot of different things i've been reading(psychology and NLP) and how it mirrored my progress, i hope to pull this all together in a posting soon.
