Hey!

I'm relatively new to this site but sadly I'm not new to picking. I was wondering if anyone in Ireland knows of a doctor that could treat whatever it is that this skin picking thing is?

And just when I'm on the subject- is there an actual name for what we do?

Welcome to the board! I am also new (not to picking, though... been doing it for 10 years...).

There are several names for what we do. But the most used one, I believe, is CSP: Compulsive Skin Picking.

Also used is "Neurotic Excoriation" and "Self Injurious Skin Picking".
