I found a method that helps me stop picking at any part of my body except my scalp because it is to moist of an area and not to mention to hairy. I apply liquid bandage to any area on my face or arms that starts bleeding. It makes a shield and at least makes it harder to pick and do harm. It almost is like a mental barrier for me in my mind when i go to touch the spot and feel the spot i have covered.

I have thought about doing this. How long does a tube of liquid bandage last?

I believe cool hand luke also recommended this a while back. Might be worth a try. When I was on ZT I wanted to just do something, anything, to the places I was trying to resist picking.

this sounds like a good idea, i am going to try it, and by the way, i know i will sound stupid but i am fairly new here and i was wondering what ZT is, thanks! ;D

I tried the liquid bandage once and ended up sealing in an infection. Just be careful, okay?
