Hey all, Yesterday I graduated from college! YEAH! Well, I still have to do my student teaching for another month and my portfolio is due at the first part of June, so I'm not finished yet. However, going to graduation and seeing my parents, family, and friends was great. It was a high better than picking or drugs! -sunshine-

Congratulations on graduating. It has been almost 10 yrs. since I finished graduate school. Before you know it, a decade has gone by!!
Thanks for the suggestions you provided. So far, I am pick free today! I printed the coloring charts provided by another member and plan on using them for the next 21 days. We shall see how it goes.

Hey there!
I too am a fellow picker on my arms and chest and have only just admitted the day before that I actually couldn't control it. I find this board SUCH A HUGE SIGH OF RELIEF- were not alone!!!
Teresa mentioned about colour charts, I was wondering if you could tell me a bit about those? Big Thanks! Carol (all the way from Ireand!)

Carol,
Hello from Texas. I found the two-headed CSP Colouring Charts under "Subject" in the "Support Board". I just printed them and started using them. So far, 7 days pick free. I am a very visual person and it helps to see my progress on paper.
Good Luck! tlp11
